Here are some pictures of Breast Implant and Augmentation:

    1. ladies I commend you all for undergoing such a dramatic surgery in the sense of life or death. You all look amazing and I hope you all have achieved the self-confidence in which you all so much desire, being a female is hard enough so when you look good and feel good it just makes it so much more easier to her.

      Congrats and best wishes

      1. It depends on the look you are going for. I am not a professional or anything, but from my research I have found that under the muscle has a longer recovery time and is more painful during the recovery, but is sometimes necessary if the breasts are smaller to begin with. It also has a more natural look, where over the muscle has a more fake look. By this I mean that over the muscle may have that "perfect cleavage" kind of look where your boobs are popping out. This may not be for every over the muscle implant, but it seems common in the pictures I have seen. I would ask your surgeon which is best for you because I think it is really a situational thing.

Best of Luck! Hope I could help :)

    5. I had breast implants placed a month ago and I now feel 'complete' as a woman. For years I felt something was missing and incomplete, but now my confidence in myself has soared. It was a painful, costly and somewhat lengthy recovery, something I had to do for myself and not for anyone else. I recommend extensive research and subpectoral placement for the most 'natural' results.

    9. Don't be scared. I found a bunch of information about breast augmentation surgery and about the risks and recovery process at http://www.rios-lapinski.com/augmentation.cfm . The plastic surgeon is in Naperville, Illinois, I'm not sure where you are at, but I'm sure their is a good plastic surgeon near you. Good luck with your procedure.

    14. I had it done because I was absolutely flat-chested (like a boy - seriously, NOTHING). Now I'm a 34-36B cup, still small, though I would have been perfectly happy with an A.

My only complaint is that they don't feel real when I'm lying down. Then again, I never had any idea what real breasts felt like, so maybe I'm wrong.

Would I get it done, knowing now what it's like, if I had a do-over? Yes. But I'd tell the surgeon to make sure to prioritize naturalness over size.

    17. I had my boobs done 4 weeks ago, and i absolutley love them!. i only booked 1 week off work so it can be done. the pain was hurendous at first but it is all worth it.
Only thing id say which i wish someone would of said to me, "i was an A and went to a C (330) but i so wish id of gone to a D (350)" because when there swollen you like and get use to them and there hard but nice then they go down A LOT! now im gutted i wish they were bigger! plus with the amount of money you pay, its best to go that bit bigger.

    18. hi there ladies, i had my boobs done nearly 3 years ago now and i love them, they have made me feel more like a woman i found it to be a pleasant experience there was hardly any pain at all, the only thing i wish i had done was had them bigger some of you might think im mad they r a 32f but on my frame they done look that big at all. so all you ladies that are considering having your boobs done go that extra size it makes all the difference its not as if you can have them done again at the price they cost...

The only advice I leave you with is to take your time shopping for a Good doctor, make sure that he or she has the credentials, I made many appts. with different doctors and looked through all their books, got a sense of their personality and also check with the better business bureau. Good luck.

    21. My fiance has asymmetric breasts. Her right boob is bigger than her left one. It is not that noticable when looking at them, but I notice it when playing with them. It's quite fun actually. I tend to play with the bigger one more so than the smaller one. Ever since I noticed I was ignoring one, I have made a conscience effort to give them both the same amount of attention. She likes it better. Lol.

    23. here's something crazy...i would love someones opinion. I had my breast enlarged about a 1 1/2 ago. I did do my research and picked this awesome surgeon. It all went well but during the months of healing I noticed a kinda what I called (dimple) like the shape of a face dimple on the bottom of my right breast. Because I did not know if it was gonna go away I just left it. On my visit to the dc's (second visit-four months after) I brought that up to his attention and he was also agreeing that it did not look normal. He said most likely it would look like that now. So I cried and hate myself because it looked bad. So I scheduled with my dc to redo it and he would fix it. So he did. Know my left breast is in a capsule (still up) and it's hard. I am completely broken since all I wanted was a little boost in myself steam. Know I look of nasty. It is so noticeable that one breast is higher than the other. I am know going to a third surgery to correct it. Talk about bad luck. I cant help but cry every time I see myself. My husband who is so understanding and comforting doesn't know what to tell me anymore to comfort me. I just want everyone to understand that sometimes these things don't go the way you want them and it's an awful feeling. Please wish me luck this time. Do you guys think this is a mistake from the surgeon???

    24. just had breast augmentation 6 months ago. went from a NEGATIVE A (really) to a 34D. After having a baby (and a lot of weight gain at the time), my breast just sagged and lost it's fullness. as if there was anything to "fill." i found a great surgeon. i really did a lot of research. i found a conservative surgeon that preferred a more natural look. i was really afraid of getting that shelfed look like porn stars and it's now perfect. for any females that are thinking of undergoing this surgery, DO IT! Don't worry about what these other people think. it's your body and you have to live with it.

    25. i really never had big breasts in the first place but after having two kids they got worse. i'm only twenty one and barely fit in a b cup meaning the b cup is too big and my self esteem is way gone. I don't really know what to do because i don't know if i will ever have enough money for implants.

It's actually entertaining and somewhat funny; of cousre politically incorrect too but makes the point that a woman can't be talked into it unless she desires them, and the man needs to be ready to reciprocate. haha.

    31. To answer a question previously asked above, placing the implant Under the Muscle is Best, especially when it comes to getting mammograms.

I've had breast implants for three years now and I couldn't be any more satisfied. I opted for a natural size, going from a 34A to a 34fullB on a 110lbs body frame. Functioning in society, the best implants are those where people question if you've actually had them done..

Hi am trying to get a boob job on the nhs. I have no money to pay for one privately. I have been bullied all my life becox of my non existant small 30aa chest size by both men and even so called women friends who said i stole the bogroll from the toilets to shuve down my bra on a girls nite out.
Every man i have ever had a relationship gave me nasty comments bout my small boobs and said i couldnt have a boob job cox there is noffin there for the surgeon to build on. Thats just one of the nasty remarks which although i told em to luk at the size of there manhoods b4 they call me it still knocks ur confidence but i wouldnt be having a boob job for any man it would be for my own self esteem and well being to look and feel better about myslef. Anyone with any information please feel free to get back to me.
      Many Thanks.

    34. hi i just had surgery literally six days ago. i feel amazing and it didnt hurt at all. i quit takin my pain meds and muscle relaxers two days after surgery. i went from a small to a full d..and it was well worth it :). the advice i have for anyone who is gna get this done is to make sure ur surgeon takes the time to carefuly cut ur muscle ecspecialy if ur goin under the muscle which i do recomend. most docs rip the muscle away thats y pain is so bad. its rly not bad at all. i would do it again in a heart beat. and its completely natural to be nervous or scared. i was pretty scared cuz i hadnt ever had a surgery before. i was rolled out of the surgery room smiling. lol. it was one of the best experiences of my life. for anyone who wants to and has the money..DO IT..i promis ull b amazed at how great u fe. xx megan xx from small town usa :)

    35. It is disturbing to have stumbled onto this blog while searching for stories on surgery gone wrong for my uni medical assignment. Alot of you sound like you're in need of serious counselling rather than a breast augmentation. Low self-esteems, depression etc... are almost always linked to mental health issues stemming from a combination of internal & external factors other than body image on it's own. If you can not learn to accept your own natural appearance - or part of it - chances are the problem goes beyond skin deep. I respect the choices everyone makes for themselves, however question the motive & post-surgery satisfaction that is gloated about. Enjoy your fleeting confidence while it lasts, until you find another 'problem' with yourself that is standing in your way of living life to the fullest.

    36. be very careful and choose wisely when considering plastic surgery, because I had supposeably the best plastic surgeon and she wrote books, was on lots of tv shows and a member of the board of plastic surgeons and she totally messed me up...coming soon will be my website showing just how bad, when you think you paid for the best they can make major mistakes and your left with all the medical problems and terrible outcome. And its almost impossible to hold doctors accountable for their mistakes.

    45. I had my implants done 5 weeks ago today. I had absolutley no pain, just a little discomfort and took nothin but tylenol to alleviate that. i had it done on a friday and was back at work on monday. I was barely an A cup and weigh 115 at 5'6". I have 5 children and BF 2. I had 350cc gel implants done. It is amazing how well clothes look now I would not change a thing except for the fact I really should have gotten 400-450cc. I am a full C/small D, and hope maybe they will drop and fluff a bit, but in reality augmentation size is different than regular bra size. Those bra's are intended to hold up all that has fallen. I would recommend it, as my surgery/recovery went so very well, but everyone is different. I catch myself admiring these beauties on my chest now. I love them. For the first time in my life I can buy sexy bras. For those of you shouting out self esteem issues, get a life and a bank loan, because you are just jealous that you are too scared to have the surgery yourself and you know you want it ;}}}

    53. I had breast plants put in about 4 years ago now and I have been happy ever since. I spent the whole of my adolescence miserable not having any kind of relationship with anyone and always self-conscious as I was not womanly in any way and felt the need to cover up.

It's all very well saying people should be happy in themselves, but if you are literally flat-chested it's not a matter of being unsatisfied with what you've got as what you've really got is literally nothing and you feel abnormal and unwomanly. If you are doing it to make you feel better as a woman and you feel it is an isolated matter and not just a hate for the way you look then I don't believe there is any reason why you shouldn't have a boob job if you want one.

Life is too short to be miserable!
