      The main thing I see is that she's lost a lot of weight. Her features all look similar otherwise.

      She also had breast augmentation. She looks like someone cut a softball in half and stuck it under her skin.

      I don't think she looks like she's had ANY surgery...just lost a LOT of weight (that she didn't seem to need to lose). Her lips, eyes, and nose all look EXACTLY the same. Her HEAD seems to have shrunk, but I think that just because she's so skinny now...

      This photo is AFTER she had the nose job, but I think everything else (except boobs) are the same. She was a very pretty girl even before surgery.

      Look for her videos when she was auditioning and practicing for Spice Girls. The work was done after it was clear she was going to be part of the group.

      She looks exactly the same around the face, just the loss of weight has made her face look different.... If she'd had anything done on her face dont u think she'd have had her nose done & she defo hasnt... Loosing a lot of weight like she has where shes almost skin on bone it will change your looks!!!! Could do with puttin a few pound ON I think...
